Kelly joined the AlphaStream team at the end of 2020 as Account Manager, and she is responsible for our clients relationships, busy between developing customer-focused programs and facilitating successful resolutions for all our clients.
With a 2:1 combined honours degree in English Language & Communication with Sociology and Social Science, Kelly joined AlphaStream after a solid experience as Account Manager in the UK’s highly competitive traveling industry.
In her free time, Kelly loves getting involved in all things fitness and is always ready to plan the most amazing holidays with her friends and family.
Tell us a little more about what you do at AlphaStream
As Account Manager, I am the point of contact for all our clients. In some ways we can say I am the front-woman of the AlphaStream brand, the first person our clients will get to know and build a rapport with, which makes my mission crucial every single time. My focus is building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, making sure all their requirements are met and their concerns addressed, whilst adding value to the journey we are stepping in together.
I enjoy the challenge of being the mediator, able to translate questions into solutions, very often pivotal to my clients success as well as my team’s.
What made you join AS?
I loved the opportunity AlphaStream gave me to further develop my career as an Account Manager, benefitting from the chance to channel my inner nerd and take a leap into the tech industry.
What is your ultimate AS goal?
I aim to progress to the senior leadership team, passing my skills and lessons learnt to the new members of our ever growing team. I also would like to develop further my technical knowledge of our product, which is unique in the financial services market.
