AlphaStream captures every interaction your Clients have with any tradable entity. This allows the platform to decide what data experience is most effective in driving desirable trading behaviours.
In this example dashboard a Marketing Team is able to monitor at the entity level (Tesla) what data experience activity is happening – ie what data or content related Tesla is being delivered to your Clients and from what sources.
The Platform creates Targets based on historical, scored interactions with data experiences related to an entity.
Engagement is measured by interactions that are happening now with data experiences across all channels and we follow the Client through the key execution channels of watching an entity through Charts, in platform feeds, watchlist activity etc.
We then close the data experience lifecycle by monitoring the execution of a trade which we can tie very closely to previous recorded behaviour.
This lifecycle monitoring allows us to optimise the journey from data experience to trading.
