Each member of the Sales Team will have access to a Market Events list for real-time targeting resulting from a Market events such as social news, alerts, analysis or announcements.
The list is formed of contacts that the AlphaStream Experience Platform deems to have a relationship with the tradable entity the market event is related to.
In this example a target list is generated from accounts that have a high entity proximity rating to the entity EUR/USD and therefore will find this Market Event highly relevant. Rashid currently has a dormant account so is targeted for refunding.
The list will have a higher conversion rate versus a traditional sales list because it has been created based on the previous behaviour of the contact as well as their lifecycle.
Sales contact can be supported cross channel with a Market Event Email.
For new accounts that have recently signed up and have potentially been using their DEMO Accounts the Trait Profiles, Market Preferences and Trading Volumes are all important data points for augmenting the sales process.
